1	Intan	Shalahuddin	1	1. Expression of Needs Document - as discussed i would need a high level concept note or info paper from your side and we will brainstorm and put in our input from Beyond to have a cohesive approach.
			2	2. KYC with IsDB, Beyond wil process this.
			3	3. Obtain Letter of Request from Bappenas. A meeting needs to be coordinated to kick start this. I will discuss with IsDB and share relevant letter templates.
			4	4. Next to prepare Terms of Reference for a Diagnostic Mission. Will need to work together on this.
			5	5. Diagnostic Mission minimum 5 to 10 working days.
			6	6. Upon completing the mission Beyond need to share recommendation and finding from the mission onto a report.
			7	7. Once accepted we will proceed to develop a Project Document and have it approved.
			8	8. Once approved IsDB will proceed to issue 2 agreements as explained earlier.
			9	9. Once agreement is signed we proceed to initiate a startup workshop.
			10	10. Next to submit Inception report to begin the project followed by first milestone claim from Beyond
			11	11. Once we receive the fund we will proceed with launch and implementation of the project that will run for 2 years.
